About The Winded Gypsy

I’m well-traveled and I talk a lot. Writing and travel are my two biggest passions. I make my living from home doing customer service and writing full-time, but I don’t get to write what I want (books). Sometimes I get paid to write manuscripts for other people (good experience, but no credit) and I have so many ideas swimming in my head, but no time to do them!

Some facts about me: I’ve lived in four countries. It’s hard for me to stay in one place all the time. I’m fascinated by people and want to get to know as many of them as I can. They all have a story to tell and I want to tell it. I love music, especially anything from the 80s. I can never get enough of action movies from the 80s and 90s. My dream? Besides living off of the writing I want to do, I want to rescue animals. I have a particular soft spot for senior dogs and cats. My daughter loves turtles and tortoises.

I ramble when I’m exhausted. I can be pretty funny, but you have to get to know me. I’ve lived a big life in a short time (I’m definitely 40 now). I’m single and probably will be for a very long time. I have a messy past that is straight out of fiction, but it’s actually my life. I’m fiercely protective of my daughter. I’m a good listener and people like to open up to me. I have a sarcastic sense of humor, but I love cheerful people. My friends and family are an inspiration to me, even though I feel a wall between us sometimes.
